This is a digital product that is non-returnable as our guides are funded immediately after any customer purchase. Further, when a customer purchases this product, they have a copy which cannot be returned as the copy will remain on the purchaser(s) devices. This product contains private, members only data that cannot be shared or redistributed under copyright law. To prevent piracy and dis-honesty in use of this digital product, we ask that you consider carefully and read all info on each fishing area before you purchase. Please perform all due diligence and read all feedback records where applicable before you purchase.
Although we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the products we sell and finding any “fault” with all of the proven, good fishing spots found in our GPS files (and other files included) errors are nearly nonexistent. This is a digital product which cannot truly be returned as the receiver of the product files will always have a copy of the emailed file, which is not returnable as mentioned. Over the past two decades we have perfected the product and its files and continue to do so. Those who may be technically challenged with GPS or Mobile devices sometimes may need help from a friend or family member, but the instructions are provided and accurate as well as the video help page linked within the body of the email you will receive with the spots attached. However, your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us and dozens of precautions have been taken to ensure our product performs as stated.
